Chiang Mai (Mizzima) - Seventeen people drowned after a fishing boat capsized in Burma's sea territorial waters near Rangoon on August 24, according to sources in the port authority.
''All the people in the boat were killed," said an officer from the port authority, adding that among the dead three people were Chinese.
Authorities suspect that the fishing boat collided with a ship.
