The National Unity Government (NUG)

Yadanarbone Front announced that they had been serving as Chanmya Thazi People’s Defence Force under the supervision of Ministry of Defence-NUG.

In Shwebo District, there are three types of displaced individuals; those who have fled the towns under the junta’s control, those who have fled the villages under Pyusawti Militia and those who have fled other areas including Mandalay. According to No. (1) Shwebo District Command, those displaced people have been provided shelter and food by local administrative teams and humanitarian teams.

The Acting President of the NUG Duwa Lashi La stated that it is necessary not to cause burdens on the public when carrying out revolution activities.

In Phaungbyin Township of Sagaing Region, a junta sergeant brought a weapon and defected to No. (3) Mawlight District Regiment.

Ministry of Human Rights-NUG stated that they would try their best to take action against the junta’s war crime on a truck terminal near Pyaung Village in Mintone Township of Magway Region.

Revolution Activities

The State Minister for Home Affairs stated that legal action would be taken against smuggling betel nuts from Myanmar to Mizoram State of India.

On Monday, the Burma Communist Party strongly objected to armed conflicts among revolution forces. They added that such activities would just lengthen the military dictatorship, the common enemy.

An Australian Senator Dean Smith stated that the direction of related crises like Myanmar would hopefully change due to the situation of Iran.

In Myawaddy on Thai-Myanmar border, there has been fuel oil shortage since Tuesday morning. Reportedly, gas stations have had to sell it with limits.

In Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region, there was an attack at the junta army in front of Government Technological College in Maungmeshaung Village. Dawei National Liberation Army released a video of that operation.

On Monday, a hearing was conducted at the Office of Japanese MPs regarding the real situation of Myanmar over the military coup period and the transformation of true federal democratic system.

Assistance Association for Political Prisoners remarked that Myanmar would not gain peace as long as the military junta commit war crimes openly.

On Tuesday, Political Prisoners’ Network Myanmar stated that over 3,500 political prisoners from 31 prisons all across the country had been released.

Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)

In Ye Township and Thanphyu Zayat Township of Mon State, the revolution forces conducted drone attacks at the junta army. According to Mon State Revolutionary Force, 3 junta soldiers were injured.

In Sittway Township of Rakhine State, there has been ongoing fighting between Arakan Army and the junta army near Shwe Mingan Village and on the border of Sittway and Ponnagyung.

In Thayetchaung Township of Tanintharyi Region, 8 people lost their lives and 10 others were injured from February 11 to 27 due to the junta’s airstrikes and killings of civilians, according to Karen National Union (Myeik-Dawei District).

CDF Asho conducted an event in memory of the victims of the junta’s aerial bombing in Mintone Township of Magway Region.

In Karenni State, the junta troop in Phasaung has been arranging to continue to invade the Mawchi Area. Consequently, some local people have had to flee, according to the Secretary General of Interim Executive Council.

The Military Commission

Myanmar National Human Rights Commission Office has been silent about the increasing number of mass fatalities among civilians due to the junta’s daily airstrikes throughout the country. However, the military junta granted a prestigious title to the Chair U Paw Lwin Sein, claiming it was for his outstanding performance.

According to the junta’s Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, there might be a low-pressure area over the Andaman Sea in March and the daytime temperature might increase by 1.5C and above in Naypyidaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing and Ayeyarwady.

The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing and his wife were present at the alms-donation ceremony. They also provided religious titles.

According to Myanmar Trade Promotion Team, Myanmar and the Philippines signed an agreement at the end of February to increase the export of Myanmar maize to the Philippines.

During an inspection at SKD factory in Mingaladone Township of Yangon Region, the junta’s Minister of Industry called to make an effort to produce vehicle parts domestically.
