-The NUG instructed that a pass from the Department of Home Affairs and Immigration-NUG is required if fuel oil is to be transported to Kachin, Chin and Rakhine through the regions and federal units of the NUG.
-In Sagaing Region, 3 soldiers from the junta troop invading Pale Township brought weapons and defected to Yinmabin District Battalion (28).
-In the area under the influence of Minbu District Revolution Force (6) in Magway Region, the junta army has been strengthening their forces. Therefore, the battalion called on armed forces to report first before passing through the area.
-In Thegone Township of Bago Region, there was a guerrilla attack on the junta army in two transport tractors on their way out for area clearance. According to the focal person of Pyi District People’s Defence Force, 3 junta soldiers died.
-In Thegone Township of Bago Region, Khin Soe, a local administrator who had been conscripting young people and demanding conscription fees, was shot dead.
-In Sagaing Region, Ko Ye Min Oo, a soldier who had been conscripted for the junta army on his way back from work in Kantbalu Township, defected to Monywa District Battalion (12) Unit (3).
Revolution Activities
-After the military junta instructed to implement an odd-even license plate system for private vehicles to conserve fuel, parents find it difficult in dropping off and picking up children to and from school.
-In Magway Region, an upper nurse from the junta army medical corps and a follower from Pyusawti militia were caught along with a car on the Chauk-SeikPhyu Road Section.
-According to MONYWA DYNAMITE – STF, the combination of revolution forces attacked a junta convoy on the way out of Regiment (33).
-In Pakkoku Township of Magway Region, there was a mine attack on the junta soldiers on their way back after stealing from Kamma Myoma Market. Reportedly, 4 junta members died and some ammunition was confiscated.
-According to Rare Earth Exchanges (REEx) based in the United States, China has full control although Myanmar possess No. (1) rare earth in the areas under revolution forces including the Kachin Independence Army.
-In Sagaing Region, there was an attack on a copper truck on its way out of the junta’s Regiment (33). According to BRAVE HEART ARMY, 2 junta soldiers died.
Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)
-In Kyaukgyi Township of Bago Region, 30 people lost their lives and about 160 others were arrested during the junta’s attacks, according to Karen National Union (Central).
The Military Commission
-In Hlaing Township of Yangon Region, vocalist Lamin Gabyar, whom pro-military people had been calling for arrest, was taken away on Monday morning.
-U Kyaw Tun, the junta’s ChargĂ© d’Affaires/Ambassador of Myanmar to Japan, met with Myanmar workers who had been faced with a fire incident. During the meeting, he said that those who want to be involved in politics were to return to Myanmar.
-At the opening ceremony of the 40,000-ton Floating Dry Dock at the Naval Shipyard Headquarters in Thanlyin Cantonment, the junta leader Min Aung Hlaing said that it is necessary to establish a capable and robust navy.
-The junta’s Deputy Minister for Social Welfare said that women can contact helpline 1566 24/7 to access necessary services if faced with violence.
-According to the junta’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, representatives from respective departments will carry out inspection on the ground to get rid of illegal squatters and illegal land use in accordance with the Land Use Law.
-The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing said that the large dry dock was intended not only for building and repairing the war vessels needed for the future Navy but also for constructing and repairing large civilian cargo ships.
